The hunger games

Hunger is no laughing matter, many people are allowed to go hungry through no fault of their own. Things like natural disasters, famine, drought, homelessness are just some of the reasons why people go hungry, or without food for many days, weeks, or months even.

It is very important that those of us who are in a position to help others during their crisis do so without fail. No one likes the thought of having to beg others for food and other basic needs in order to survive but sometimes in the name of survival it is only human nature to do what you have to do in order to stay alive.

The hunger game is not something that affects only the poor. Animals and other living species can also be affected by hunger and as humanitarians we have to keep reminded of this also.

In order to eradicate hunger it would be nice if we all did what we can in order to eradicate world hunger. Since knowledge is the key to success a great place to start would be through education. This recommended book is an excellent place to start for other suggestions about how the hunger games can be won.

Good parenting is something that all parents can be very proud of. However, since good parenting can only be accomplished through patience, discipline and lots of proper guidance, many teen parents are failing miserably and some are desperately seeking the help of older and much wiser parents.
